Horizontal Laminar Flow Clean Air Cabinets are designed to meet the requirements and US Federal Standard 209 B (BS 5295), providing air to meet class 100 (Class I) conditions, to the extent applicable. These horizontal laminar Flows configurations extensive application in Scientific, Medical and Industrial application where a localized high quality clean working environment is essential. These are designed to provide an atmosphere free from airborne particles with laminar flowing horizontally air flow towards user.

CONSTRUCTION

• All Laminar Flow Clean Air Cabinets are basically constructed out of Mild Steel / Stainless Steel 304 / 316 grade.
• Work table is made of Stainless Steel SWG 304 /316 grade and side panels of Stainless Steel 304 /316 grade.

AIR FLOW & FILTERATION

Laminar Flow principle involves double filtration of air. Atmospheric air is drawn through pre filter and is made to pass through highly effective HEPA (High Efficiency Particular Air) filters having efficiency rating as high as 99.99% with cold DOP and 99.97% with hot DOP, thus retaining all airborne particles of size 0.3 micron and larger. Double filtered air blows in laminar flow through the work table at designed velocity of 90 ft. min + 20%.

BLOWER & MOTOR ASSEMBLY

• Duly balanced, direct drive motor blower units sized to provide adequate air flow volume over the entire surface of HEPA Filter.
• Fitted with reputed make motor and operates with minimum noise level i.e. lower than 60 db on scale and Vibration less than 2.5um.

LIGHTING

Work area properly illuminated by diffused, glare free two LED lights. UV light is of PHILIPS holland make with UV timer.

CONTROL PANEL

Microprocessor based electronic card for laminar air flow features a Power-on-switch, 16 x 2 LCD Alphanumeric display showing the controlling of the different parameters & 8 soft touch keys to control the different parameters. Control system with touch switches for blower, UV light, Fluorescence Light, with UV and blower timer. U.V light Age calculation.

Simple to use and operate keys for U.V light On/Off ,F.L Light On/Off, Blower on/Off, Alarm key. Timers for U.V light operation up to 99mins, Timer for Blower operation up to 99:99 hrs Inter Switching of flouroscent light & UV light through Door (Optional). Auto resume when power fail and resumes, Alarm indication on timer completion process. Led indication for all outputs. U.V light and Blower Output will automatically get switched off after their respective set time is over.

DOOR

Manual Sliding door with weight balance mechanism / motorized door (Optional) - IN TABLE TOP MODELS with door position alarm (Optional) Manual half folding door with magnet facility and complete open able for cleaning.

POWER REQUIREMENT : 230 Volt AC Single Phase, 50 Hz.
